My 13th birthday — Mon 13è anniversaire

My family.

My name is Kadiatu N. Bah. I am from the Fuuta-Jaloo, in the Republic of Guinea. I live with my parents and my brother, who is 10.

My school

  I am 13 years old. I am in seventh grade. It's a bilingual school, where I learn literature, math, science in both French and English. Twice a week, I have physical education in the gym or outdoor.

My activities.

Reading, swimming, biking, and piano
Reading
I enjoy reading a lot because I learn lots of things and there's a lot of adventures. I participated in Summer Quest, which is a reading program in all Montgomery County public libraries. My goal was to read 40 books.
Swimming
A couple of years ago, I took swimming lessons with a lifeguard. I learned many movements in the deep end in the swimming pool.
Biking
I have a brand new bike which is a Mt. Royal Free Spirit. I ride it a lot in my neighborhood.
Piano
I'm learning piano at the Langley Park Music Center. I like all kinds of music.
